gnc protein shakes are fine I prefer banana flavor. miconized creatine is also good be sure to include glutamine . I would not use weight gainers I dont feel they are necrysaes. be sure you are training properly for mass. no isolation movements only compound joint movements. powerlifts are best, SQUAT, bench, and deadlift. squats are the absolute best exercise you can do to add mass. high weight 3 to 5 reps 5 sets. look up the kettlebell also. I have just started working with heavy kettle bells and I love them!

Honestly, I don’t know what makes me happy anymore. The past 18 months has been some of the hardest in my life…unemployed 11 months, a huge move, another job loss, my daughter in a destructive relationship and out of reach. My son 1200 miles away. I have relied so much on my husband, who is awesome, and my rock, but I feel like I’ve lost who I am anymore. Art makes me happy, and I try to keep busy making art.
